Middle housing is coming to Whatcom County! The Whatcom Housing Alliance is thrilled to announce that the launch date of our Middle Housing Design Competition will be July 1st. This event is made possible by a grant from the National Association of Realtors in partnership with Whatcom Association of Realtors.
On this date, we’ll unveil the Design Guidelines, rules, full timeline and prize money. This event will serve as a rallying cry for the greater design community to come together and share their most innovative and affordable middle housing design ideas. It’s time to unleash your creativity and contribute to a brighter future for housing in Whatcom County. Start brainstorming, start collaborating, and help usher in a new era in housing!
