David Judge, AIA, is a Bellingham-based architect and founder of Harbor & Hill Design & Development, a practice focused on residential architecture, housing feasibility, and development strategy. His work explores practical ways to expand housing opportunities through infill development, ADUs, and missing middle housing. Drawing on experience as both an architect and homeowner navigating shared and multigenerational living, David is interested in housing models that make homeownership more attainable while strengthening connections between neighbors and communities.
