Drew Kleman AIA NCARB, Principal/Owner: Drew’s background includes over two decades of leading innovative, design-forward projects across the Pacific NW, including the Catalyst Building – Washington states first full mass timber building. He thrives on projects with design and budget constraints – finding that the best solutions are those that require outside the box thinking.

Pete Kanyer AIA NCARB LEED AP, Senior Architect: Pete’s background includes over 20 years working on housing and affordable projects. He strongly believes that affordable housing should not be discernable from other housing types – and that great housing should be available to all.
